My Gliders Part 1: Cloe

So yeah even though I made a blog the funny part is that I never write anything and because of that, I'm sorry for those who actually came and read my blog and only saw one stupid post every time haha. So for today's blog I'm going to talk or write about my sugar gliders. On the second of March I bought a female sugar glider and I named her Cloe. When I got her for the first time she was a very small for sugar glider, she was about 2 1/2 months. But when I got her, she had a very sad face, quiet and barely moved or ate and then I realized was that she was scared and didn't know where she could hide and shield herself from. Try and imagine you in her position, small in a big world and was suddenly taken away from your family and friends that was your bubble of life. Well I did imagine it and I understand why it would feel fear and for that I went on the internet and started surfing on ways to fasten up the bonding process with a sugar glider. For three days I missed school and tried to bond with my glider. Happily to see that my baby glider started to bond with me but it still had a sad face somehow. So I heard in a lot of sites that gliders live in colony, I went and called my vet and he suggested that I bought another glider for my baby to play with. As you may know gliders are nocturnal which means they sleep during the day and play during the night. So when I thought about it my glider would be lonely when its night since I'm only but 16 years old which means I have school to attend in the morning and need to sleep during the night. So I was able to save up money and within a month I was able to buy another glider, on the 12th of April I bought a male glider. And that is another story. Fyi, my baby glider, Cloe is finally healthy and is closely bonded with me yay! =) If you wish to know any information on how I bonded with my glider please comment and I'll reply as fast as possible.

P.S The next post that I will be writing will be about my baby boy glider who suffered with prolapse which is the anus coming out of the body cause by either parasites or genetics. F.Y.I my vet said my baby glider wouldn't have made it but it did.
